Lipkom doo has just planted walnut - “ Chandler ” on an area of 9 ha. 

Chandler walnut differs from domestic walnuts : its shell is softer than domestic walnuts, has a light yellow bark and can be broken by hand and contain a large amount of oil as much as 70 percent.

Besides being used in the raw state, walnut and walnut oil are widely used in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

Chandler variety is lateral, not only growing at the apex, but along the entire branch.
It is possible to plant about 3 hundred trees of this nut per hectare.
It is planted at a distance of 7 x 5 meters or 8 x 4 meters. The goal is to plant the maximum number of plants.
